Denied meds had side effects and that I had infection. Told me I shouldnt of had a surgery that I wanted instead of one I needed. Dr, has a poor attitude and is very rude

Very educated good dr who is very nice and understanding and very up to date. However her receptionists are so incredibly rude and discourteous. They always have a attitude and are not respectful of the patients issues. Like i said great dr but horrible rude and miserable staff!
