I am writing this message to send my heartfelt thank you, Dr. Salemy and staff, for the utter transformation I feel from my procedure! After birthing three children and breast feeding continuously for almost a decade, my body was so tired looking! I didn’t feel that way on the inside, as “enthusiasm for life” is one of my core values… but “worn out” was certainly the outward appearance. Getting a mommy makeover was absolutely the best investment in myself I have ever made. I have absolutely zero regrets. How I feel on the inside now matches how I look on the outside – 50 years young! My ten year old daughter says she feels like I am getting younger instead of older, and quite honestly, that is how I feel too! I feel happy and confident looking in the mirror, wearing a bathing suit, going clothes shopping, partner dancing, presenting at conferences, wearing lingerie, roller skating, biking, hiking in a tank top, pole dancing, lap dancing…etc. I am grateful for this second chance at embracing being present in my body at midlife. To be confidently dating in my 50s with my renewed body has been an exuberant adventure. While I don’t really need the compliments at this point, I must admit it adds to my youthful feeling to be told by men I have a perfect body and my breasts are “exquisite”! I think by feeling so good, I am making those I am around feel good too – I love being able to share all the joy. The work you do has an amazing ripple effect beyond just this particular client and the procedure you performed. I am a 34, mother of 3. All 3 had to be c-section. With my 2nd child I gained 68 pounds.. May i mention that j am 4 10" with a 34 E breast size and being 168 pound was Big! i had lost 50 pounds and was left with saggy boobs a kangaroo pouch that just hang over my vagina . it was so embrassing and nasty to look at in the mirror.After getting my tubes tied after my third child ..I was determind to have mommy makeover .. I met with Dr. Salemy and just felt as ease with him.. He was very kind and explain any questions I had.. I had a breast lift, full tummy tuck with loop in the flanks.. It has been almost 3 months and without excising my results is soo amazing !! He will never know how he has change my life !! I would recommend to any mother that is going through with this.

Of all the Doctors I had spoken to and met with, there was no doubt that Dr. Salemy was the Doctor I felt most confident with by far.Dr. Salemy and his team are incredible. I can completely understand why Dr. Salemy would be voted as Seattle's Best, because he is. Everyone on his team are equally as helpful and make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Salemy is a great Doctor with an artistic eye and I may venture to say, a bit of a perfectionist also. When he has a vision of how he wants his work to look, he goes for it and he made my tummy (and that cute spot where the lower abdomen and hips join) look super cute!As a 28-year-old African woman, I was a bit worried about scarring, as the pigment of my skin makes it more prone to such an outcome but the scarring has been minimal and compliments keep coming my way :)

When I first saw Dr. Salemy I was embarrassed to show him my body. This is a very personal thing for me. I would think it would be for any women who had lost their figure through bearing children. But Dr Salemy has a way of making you feel very comfortable. He treats you like family. Hes kind, very sincere and he made me feel special; its in his words, in his gentle demeanor and in his nature. I didnt have to look any further. After my first appointment I knew that this was the right doctor for me.I also want to mention the nurses and other staff... I really appreciate their professionalism, their kind-heartedness and attentiveness. I am 3 months post breast augmentation and periareolar lift. I work as a registered nurse on a surgical floor. I began researching plastic surgeons and ended up traveling out of the area where I live to have Dr Salemy perform the procedure. He is a meticulous surgeon. I felt so well taken care of and the results are amazing! I simply could not be any happier! I highly recommend him - He is worth traveling for.

I went to Dr Salemy for a modest breast augmentation (started AA and ended with a B) and couldn't be happier with the results!! From the first consult, Dr Salemy was incredibly helpful, considerate and obviously knowledgeable about breast procedures. Unlike other surgery consults that I had been to, Dr Salemy was in the room with me from the moment that I walked into his office and answered all my questions directly (in comparison, the other plastic surgeons that I met with were only in the room for about 5-10 minutes and otherwise had their nurses answer any questions that I had). As a medical student myself, I was hoping to find a surgeon that would understand my desire to achieve a natural looking result and would allow me to maintain my active lifestyle. Out of all the surgeons that I met with (5 total), it was obvious that Dr Salemy was the most attentive to what I wanted and cared the most about the final result. The entire process from consult to post-op has been so simple and Dr Salemy has been there for me the whole way through. Without hesitation, I would recommend that anyone wanting a breast augmentation procedure go to Dr Salemy. He is without a doubt worth every penny!!

When I walked into Dr. Salemy's office, I felt like Rosie O'Donnell's character on Nip/Tuck. Here were all of these beautiful girls in the office and I was dumpy and had a bunch of sloppy skin I wanted removed. Something I'd dreamed about for 27 years. I told myself, if they make me feel bad in the least, I am leaving and I'm never coming back. But it wasn't like that at all. I could not BELIEVE how wonderful everyone was to me. Not once did any of them make me feel "less than" for the way I'd let my body get. Dr. Salemy and his staff were positive, warm, kind, truly caring and supportive. And believe me, making that consultation appointment was the hardest part for me. I had known for 27 years what I wanted. After a bad car accident and then having a child, I had very loose and ugly skin. Clothes didn't fit me right and no matter how much weight I lost, I never felt like I could tuck my shirt in or look good in my clothes. So, I did the research to find a Board Certified physician from an excellent medical school who had great references. And then I went to see Dr. Salemy. The friendliness and warmth got me in for a consultation, but it was Dr. Salemy's knowledge, confidence and frankness that made me sure I was doing the right thing for me. He answered my questions thoroughly and in detail so that I was comfortable knowing what to expect. When I wanted more than I needed, he also told me what I DIDN'T need to have done - saving me money on a procedure I thought I needed but he proved I didn't. The aftercare has been amazing. I have a real problem with anesthesia usually and I let Dr. Salemy know that. When I woke up from surgery, I had NO nausea. I was stunned by that. Every step of the way through recovery, I have felt supported and confident that I made the right choice in surgeons. I have felt in really good hands throughout and I recommend him without reservation. I'm only 3 weeks beyond surgery right now but the healing has been exceptional. I so love the results. I've been shopping for new clothes and wearing things I wouldn't have worn in the last 27 years and it feels so liberating. And every time I go see Dr. Salemy, it feels like he's celebrating with me. I really, really like him and appreciate him and if you were my daughter or my best friend, I'd tell you - go to him. You will be so glad you did.

Dr Salemy was professional and considerate. He alleviated any embarassment regarding the idea of plastic surgery. He was appropriately optimistic about expected results. He was totally upfront about the fees. Everything took place like clockwork. I liked the anesthesiologist he worked with and the outpatient surgical suite. A brow and facelift is major surgery; I didn't quite realize that between the surgery and anesthesia, I would feel so different from my usual self at first. But two weeks later I returned to my office and no one even guessed that I had surgery (I just got some comments that I looked "refreshed" after my vacation.)Dr. Salemy's office is classy and the Cabrini Towers has a large garage with reasonable rates. I was very happy with my experience.

I received a breast augmentation from Dr. Salemy about six months ago. I did a lot of online research - both on and off over the past 8 years and then extensively 1-2 months before selecting my doctor. I chose Dr. Salemy for my consultation based on online reviews, before/afters, and his education, background, hospital privileges, awards, and of course board certification. I chose him as my surgeon because his consultation proved him to be everything and more all of the positive reviews raved about. I recommend him because the entire experience (results, pre-op info, follow up) has been better than I could have imagined. My consultation was a little nerve racking at first, because I was afraid of selecting the wrong doctor, showing my (small) breasts to a stranger, being judged about entering a plastic surgery building, the standard surgery risks, etc. Dr. Salemy sensed my nervousness and quickly made me feel at ease. I really appreciated that he asked for and listened to what I wanted to achieve before making any recommendations of his own. Conveniently for me, we agreed on most of the variables of the surgery (basic size, implant profile, type, placement, etc.)I had sort of assumed that most surgeons would either have a perfection complex where they want to change everything on someone to get to their own ideal or that they would make me feel uncomfortable. Not only is Dr. Salemy professional and sort of clinical in nature but you can tell he's a real family man and caring without being insincere or "too comfortable". I also like that the rest of the staff all seem incredibly happy working and helping potential and past patients. Dr. Salemy's sincerity extends beyond being honest and specific in technical details but he remembers your concerns (whether provided to him through a message, or in person or by your support) and follows up every time - very quickly, no matter what, even if you ask something silly. He reminds me of doctors I've had my whole life, who remember the personal details that distinguish you from the other patients. I definitely believe in "you-get-what-you-pay-for" and I don't believe that cost should be a factor in choosing your surgeon; but honestly Dr. Salemy could charge a lot more for what he does!I scheduled my surgery 14 days (ish) prior, for over the holidays. The timing of it for my work was critical, but their ability to schedule me without making me feel like I would be "squeezed in" or rushed was great. The surgery itself went well - the nurses and anesthesiologist were incredibly friendly (and funny!) Honestly I wish I had met them sooner because they were so fantastic and also extremely comforting! I have had 4 follow up visits (next day, 2 weeks, 6 weeks and 6 months) but any time I've had any questions I have been offered a next day appointment to quell my concerns (and I actually bumped up an appointment by two days, two days prior to the appointment!). In terms of scheduling I have a flexible work so they were all within the standard M-F 8-5; but I have rescheduled appointments, shown up late because of traffic, and been met early when I arrived early - you never wait a long time for any of it. The 24 hour call center, follow up phone calls from Dr. Salemy, visits and the feeling that it's not just follow-up care for 6 weeks-6 months but an open door for whenever you have any worries are some of the most comforting standards in his practice. Aside from the exceptional care, probably the most important part is the results themselves. My results are amazing. Not one person who has seen them knew I had an augmentation without my telling them (despite increasing 2 cup sizes) - some even doubted I did it! Incredibly natural, proportionate, well placed and soft! Even looking down despite the increased cleavage, I still recognize my cleavage line and overall shape of my original breasts - they're just "enhanced" now (to the size I wanted to be, not too big and not too small - they are so perfect for me). I have already recommended Dr. Salemy to anyone who has asked. Plastic surgery was surprisingly the second best investment I've ever made (next to College). I can't tell you how much more attractive, comfortable, proportionate and sexy I feel. The only people I wouldn't recommend to Dr. Salemy are people who want showy, unnatural "plastic" surgery. He's just not for those people, if you want attention to detail, compassion, professional care with a sense of humor and an incredibly natural, beautiful result - then look no further.

May 19, 2011 If Dr Salemy had a fan club, I would be President. I have been researching cosmetic surgery and surgeons since the eighties; I have explored every new technique, procedure, etc, and I have many friends that have had work done and not always with the best results. So, although I hated getting old (48 yrs ) and the toll that age and having babies had taken on my body was making me unhappy, I was also scared to try cosmetic surgery. I wanted to look younger, refreshed, and not fake.It was after interviewing with many surgeons and getting many opinions that really made it obvious to me how different Surgeons can be, I know now more than ever how important it is to get 2nd, 3rd and in my case several opinions. Some very prestigious surgeons in the Puget Sound area (not naming names) were scary, they wanted to do things that I hadnt even came to talk about. break my jaw, add implants where none were needed etc. But I knew as soon as I met Dr Salemy that I found the right Doctor. My exhausting search was finally over. Aside from his phenomenal credentials and experience, I was so surprised and refreshed by his amazing honesty. It was apparent that he takes his role seriously and always strives to do whats in the best interest of his clients, even if it means less business for him. On top of it all, he has the nicest bedside manner. I had a breast augmentation and tummy tuck and I can honestly say that my stomach hasnt looked this good since I was about 16 and my breasts are unbelievable! Theyre perfect, I was pretty small (A) and I went to a large C/small D, which sounds like quite a leap, but Im also 6 foot tall and weigh about 145lbs, so it actually looks perfect! I am finally proportionate after all these years of referring to myself as a bowling pin. I finally feel sexy again!I highly recommend Dr Salemy for anyone looking for an outstanding cosmetic surgeon. I have more on my list that I would like to do in the future, so I plan to have a long term relationship with him. Oh yeah and his staff are fantastic too!

I have been self-conscious for years about my extremely stretched out tummy after 5 pregnancies. During those pregnancies my tummy grew straight out as I am 5 feet 2 inches, and one of my babies was over 9 pounds. Needless to say, my abdomen didnt go back into shape. I had been wearing large jackets over tanks and tees to "hide" my tummy and still try to look fashionable. It didn't work very well. It was very hard to fit clothes properly since they had to go over my tummy and then were too big elsewhere. I also had alot of hanging skin which gathered moisture underneath. That irritation was the deciding factor in seeking help. I live in eastern Washington and was thrilled to find out that Dr. Salemy came from Seattle to provide services here. On the day of the consultation I set a date for surgery three months out. I thought losing a few pounds would help. Not even necessary!!!! I look GREAT and can now wear cute tops that show off my shapely figure, the one I used to have!! Another unintended bonus: because my tummy is flat my boobs that looked inconsequential before now show up. Recovery was easier than expected and I went back to work within 10 days. My husband just thought I needed to lose weight and now he realizes that my big tummy was lots of stretched muscles and hanging skin. I cant believe my eyes when I see myself in the mirror! All my clothes are 2 sizes too large and I can fit into shaped styles I couldnt wear before my tummy tuck. If my photos are used on Dr. Salemys website I hope it inspires someone else to consider a tummy tuck because the before are really dreadful and the after are amazing. If it wasnt me I would have a hard time believing the difference. Well, I am here to tell you BELIEVE IT! I feel so pretty! Dr. Salemy does amazing work; even my primary care physician was impressed. So to anyone considering this...I say GO FOR IT!

Dr. Salemy did a full abdominoplasty for me and I am 14 days post-op. He had a big big mess to work with as I have had several pregnances, massive weight loss via diet, and 55+ in age. Yet, he met the challenge and gave me a beautiful new abdomen that is in keeping with the rest of my body. I already love the fabulous results and the boost to my self-esteem is priceless. My teenage grandaughters are calling me their new foxy grandma! I feel like a butterfly emerging from a cocoon and am very thankful I found Dr. Salemy. Because he comes to Walla Walla, I have been able to have consult, pre-op, and post-op conveniently close.
