Dr. Shaili B. Deveshwar

I was referred to Dr. Deveshwar approx. 2 1/2 months ago for evaluation. I was told that she only took selected cases and would review my records and get back to me. Her office requested my records (I know they were sent to her office at least 6 weeks ago)... I called the office after a month had gone by and was told that my record "was not where it was supposed to be" and they would find it and call me back. I never received a return call. I called again today (after a 2 month+ wait). I was told then that Deveshwar had "denied my case"... If i hadn't called I dont.know of they would have ever.notified me... Deveshwar may be the best rheumatologist in the world (and i had heard excellent reports of her treatment), but if a potential patient can neither be seen or notified on a timely manner that she will not be, her abilities are of no benefit to me, and I've wasted months waiting for her decision when i could habe sought out another physician.

Dr dev is one of the best doctors I have seen. She takes time to listen to me. And explains everything very well. I really feel she cares about me and my condition. This has been a very long journey for me and continues to be but I know I have my doctors by my side.

On my last 2 visits I saw Naitik Panwala, PA instead of Dr. Deveshwar. I highly praise this PA. His interest in me as a patient and my well-being is wonderful. He spends the amount of time needed to go over my condition, tell me what I need to do and what his plan is to help me and my condition. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Panwala.

Dr. Deveshwar has a reassuring manner and such a gentle touch at the points of pain. I feel reassured that she has "heard" me and understands so clearly that just because pain can't be measured in, for instance, a lab value, it is still real and needs attention. I am very confident in her abilities and her wide knowledge. She has helped me a great deal, and I am certain she is practicing in the field of medicine where she should be. She is magic.

I have been a patient of Dr Deveshwar for years but have recently been seen by Naitik Panwala. I receive excellent care, always very professional and respectful. He is very knowledgeable and take the time to listen.

I see both Dr. Deveshwar and Dr. Penwela for symptoms of Lupus. They are always very thorough, respectful, and professional. They take the time to help me understand what is going on with my health and explain test results and options for care. I have been a patient for about three years and I have never felt rushed or ignored, and they are always willing to answer my questions. Also, the staff is very pleasant, courteous and professional. Great group of people!

I am very impressed with the amount of knowledge and information that Dr Deveshwar and Mr. Panwalla shares with the patient. I truly appreciate that a visit is not rushed but they patiently answer all my questions. An informed and educated patient can make a more informed and educated decision and participate in their own care.

I feel very confident in the care I receive for my autoimmune disorder from Dr. Deveshwar & her PA, Naitik Panwala! Nothing will get by them!

Dr. Deveshwar is a wonderful rheumatologist. She provides a through examine and answers every question you have. She takes her time with you so you have her undivided attention.

I would not go to any other rheumatologist in This area. She and her staff are superb!
