Dr. Felton fine, but her nurses are not concerned with patient care. Getting them to return calls is nearly impossible.

Dr. Felton, is a great Dr. She takes a lot of time, explaining your issues and all the alternatives. She is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable.

Office staff is terrible!!! I suppose Dr. Felton is great if you ever get to see her! Office staff has no idea how to schedule appointments or return phone calls! No respect for what the patient is going through! Worst group of people I have ever had to deal with!

I have been going to Encrinoligist since 1991 and Dr. Felton is one of the best Doctors I’ve been to. Dr. Felton is brilliant, listens to what’s wrong, explains all blood test and has been spot on in telling me what to do to make life better!!

Dr. Felton is not knowledgeable, professional, or reliable. This applies to the doctor and her staff. Being her patient was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Dr. Felton is an amazing doctor. I went to her after a horrible experience with another doctor that totally ignored me and my issues. She listens and answers questions and if she doesn't know something she will find out and follow up. Her staff are amazing as well. They return calls the same day and are always ready to joke and laugh. She does have a long waiting period to get in at first but once you do get in, they are super easy to work with. That's the only reason she didn't get a full five stars.
