Dr. Shakilabanu Meerapatel, MD

Absolutely 0 stars to this doctor. She is mean and an overall bad primary care physician; and just a bad doctor. I would not recommend seeing her as she is horrible.

Dr. Meerapatel provided me with outstanding care, and it was a loss when she moved away from Orland Park.

She treated my special needs daughter and was very professional and incredibly patient. Very knowledgeable as well.

My PCP left and I was forced to see a doctor for a refill on medication (even though I was just there only a few weeks prior). I was scheduled with Dr Meerapatel because she was the first available. As someone who suffers from a chronic illness, I have seen a ton of doctors. Dr Meerapatel treated me like I was uneducated and talked to me as if I did not understand the medicines I was on or there side effects. She even went as far as weighing in on what I was hospitalized for a month prior! She doesn’t care what you have to say about your actual issues and symptoms. She is the type of doctor that believes since she is a doctor, she knows best, regardless of what you are actually feeling.
