Best service ever. Recovery extremely fast thru his procedure

Dr Martin has changed my life. To make this as brief as possible, Im a 48 year old male that has had knee issues, and severe pain for close to 10 years. Meniscus repair in 2013 by a different physician, and never had any relief. That Dr told me for years after that I would need a full knee replacement, but at 43 it wouldnt be a good idea, and would need at least 1, probably 2 more done over my lifetime. In Jan of 2018 I saw Dr Martin after a recommendation. He is the best physician I have EVER had,and I have had more than most people. My initial visit with him I actually cried after him telling me I would be as close to new as I could be at my age with only a partial replacement. I had my surgery on 2-14, and was back to my physical job 3 weeks later. Last week I went on vacation where we walked an average of 7 miles a day. I had ZERO pain in my knee, and its truly life changing. If you are on the fence, go see him. I wish I would have 10 years ago. Thanks to everyone there at his… practice, and a heartfelt thank you to Dr Martin himself for changing my life.

I had a hip replacement about three weeks ago. At my first follow this past monday, I brought in short term disability paperwork to have filled out and sent to my insurance. I called on Wed, left a message, was never called back. I called Thursday and was assured that I would receive a call back within an hour. Did not happen. I contacted my insurance and that paperwork is the only thing preventing my claim for being processed. I am livid. I work for an orthopedic office myself and we have a 24 hour turn around on any paperwork that effects a patient's income. Shame on Dr. Martin's staff for not taking all of five minutes to fill out their portion of the forms and fax to insurance. This is unacceptable.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Martin and his Nurse Assistant. However my experience with his office staff was horrible. Dr, Martin at my last visit told me that he would not be accepting my insurance after Jan1, 2018 (I require a knee replacement), but that to call the office and he would give me the names of a couple of doctors that do take medicare and whom he would recommend. I have now left 3 messages, no one ever called me back. One person who answered my call told me to call Medicare for a list of doctors!! I then ask if I could make an appointment to see Dr. Martin, thinking that would be the easiest way to get the information. She hung up on me!!

I went to Dr. Martin for a partial knee replacement. He and his staff are punctual, efficient, considerate, and professional. Following my surgery, the knee was somewhat swollen, but I never experienced any down time. Great experience!!

Thank you DR Martin for being the greatest. With out you I would have most likely lost a leg, but now because of you and your staff both knees have been replaced and I am fine. Life means all my activites including climbing rocks & mountains again . I have referred two of my other Doctors to you & they came back to me saying you are number 1 in their book also. Keep the good work up & I will keep referring you.

Great knee doctor, was golfing 5 weeks after a partial knee replacement

Just had my Partial knee replacement yesterday. Dr Martin and his staff were excellent getting me so quick for surgery. The hospital staff were so nice and I would go there again, I will report again after my healing begins . Dr martin is so very nice. He made me feel at ease before the surgery Thank you
