wait time was horrendous.. they moved me in a room very quickly but me and my infant waited after that for 45 min.... after that issue .. the dr prescribed my daughter an antibiotic, which she over prescribed the dosing for. So my baby took 2x the recommended amount that she needed. I had to call after thinking to myself that it was way too much of an amount to only be told that I was correct and all they could do was apologize. MOST DEFITNITLEY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE. I opened a case with Dr Stroope with the Texas Medical Board which is currently under investigation..

Met this doctor today for a check up for my daughter. Bubbly, obviously loves her job. Very approachable and friendly. The staff is also remarkable. I actually was running super behind due to some car issues. Normally appointments are cancelled after 15mins of no-show but I called the office and the secretary was very cool and checked to see if theyd still take me after Id be around 30mins late. They complied and told me to go ahead and come on in. I thought that was soooo nice of them. The office is pretty huge. Very clean. Im glad to have found this doc and establishment
