Dr. Shannon M Viviano, DO

I was seen by Dr Viviano at the Troy Corewell Hospital. It was a very busy day after Xmas. Dr Viviano and her team were just outstanding!! Best ever bedside manner and spot on the diagnosis, testing and treatment. Made me feel at ease. I would love to have her as my primary doctor!

I wouldn't like to even leave 1 star. This "doctor" should not be in practice. Instead of admitting me after I waited hours to be called back she sent me on my way in the WORST pain of my life. Even after a nurse pleaded with her to admit me she refused. Had she taken the time to actually hear me and not PROFILE me, I wouldn't be here leaving this. I ended up finding out i had a torn labrum- no thanks to her- all thanks to a different hospital and doctors who ACTUALLY cared about people. Shannon viviano, just sent me on my way with drugs. Something I did not want. I wanted to know why I was in so much pain. I could barley walk. She is an absolute terrible doctor and I pray no one has to ever deal with her.

My husband was discharged with intestinal, chest and back pain, she had no explanation once CT Scan returned. I requested an ultrasound to check gallbladder due to symptoms and she said it was not warranted because CT Scan showed nothing and his symptoms were not typical. I had my gallbladder removed, my symptoms were not typical and only an ultrasound picked up the issue. She is a doctor who does not take their patients concerns into consideration, her attitude is I am the doctor I know what I am doing. Could offer up no answers, didn't even ask if he wanted anything for his pain. I went to the ER for answers, never been so disappointed in my life.
