Making the appointment was easy. I thought ,thank goodness, i went in because i had a boil under my breast that was hurting me.The wait time was short but when i got to the room she was clearly angry and was argueing with her husband about what i wondered since i don't speak their native tongue. So i believe it was me and that he fitted me in and didn't tell her?? When she came in she was still angry and asked me what is wrong.? i explained that i had a boil underneath my breast and the pain was severe and what should i do? She stated, I am not a surgeon, and left the room. So as i sat there i thought.. is that it? is she coming back? so i waited a bit and then went to the front to retrieve my insurance card when he told me the price,i asked why (over $100) he said in case your insurance doesn't work you must pay full price. I reluctently paid and was in a hurry to get out of there. I was upset, in pain and angry. Unfortunately i left without my card. I called and said i would come… back tomorrow to pick it up. When i went back he couldn't find it and preceded to pull out multiple insurance cards wrapped in a rubberband and started looking thru them and when it wasn't there he pulled out another wrapped stack and then another...mine ended up being on the desk under some papers.. I know every one has bad days and i hope and have pray that this was an uncommon occurrance but seeing all those insurance cards made me unsure and i will never return.

Poor quality of service.

she makes u lagh when u have a bad day. She willing give u the shot herself. She tries lamate the promble. She and her husand are super freindly. I don't know about her nurses.

I went in, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The wait time was so low it was the best doctors visit I have ever had. I love the family run business atmosphere and great attitudes of Dr. Dlima and her staff.
