The doctor is wonderful. Very caring. The office help is beyond repair. They are not aware of how to call in a prescription or fax anything.

Dr Shanthi is a wonderful Doctor, I can not fathom how someone labelled her as a "bad Doctor"? She is conscientious, insightful, and exemplifies the Hypocratic Oath... She cares about her patients. She does not allow them to get their agenda 'over' her, if it is not in their best interest. You can not dictate to her what you want her to do...She will do what is actually best for your care-plan... and that might be why some do not appreiate her methods. If you want a caring Doctor, that is versitile, courteous and caring.. she is your "Doc". If you are looking for anything else, then arrive at some walk-in clinic and do your own bidding!
