Dr. Shari was initially a wonderful , patient and very caring physician .Unfortunately, I had a simple procedure go very wrong by another Dr. Then, Dr. Shari didn’t follow through when I had symptoms that didn’t reflect in only bloodwork with what was going on! Long story short, after 7 painful months, I’ve just started walking again…And I have a New concierge physician who is Fabulous and very attentive to my Ongoing health concerns.

VERY unprofessional. My Mom is turning 80 years old and Dr. Shari Rosenbaum sent her a letter in the middle of this pandemic dismissing her as a patient. My Mom is a triple threat for coronavirus; she is elderly, she has a compromised immune system and she has severe lung issues. As expected, my Mom was very upset and confused when she received the letter with only 4 sentences and no explanation. My Mom has been a patient of Dr. Rosenbaum for 20 plus years and, on top of that, my dad passed away recently (he was also her patient). My Mom, my daughter and I have been calling Dr. Rosenbaum’s office for hours and not receiving any help. They keep saying they will call us back, but they never do. The last time I called, a nurse told me she spoke to Dr. Rosenbaum and is unsure why she has not contacted us yet.

Dr. Rosenbaum is the consummate professional. She is comprehensive, caring, and committed to her patients. It’s not a 9 to 5 world for her: she is available and accessible.

Outstanding Physician - my husband and I feel fortunate to have such a wonderful doctor who provides a high level of care. Her follow up is amazing, and her entire staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Rosenbaum is truly a dedicated, professional physician.

My husband and I believe we have the best possible care as patients of Dr. Rosenbaum. She is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and a very skilled physician. Her follow up is amazing - very fast results. The staff is friendly, professional and great to deal with. We highly recommend this physician.
