Get the best Infectious disease Dr in town..Very thorough and competent.

I was changing ins.so when I found out that he did not take the ins I was going to I cancelled it.I called his office or should I say Dr.Siddiqi's ofc and told them what was going on,and that I would be coming in to see him as i was suppose to but I would run out of my meds before I saw him.They told my no problem just call the pharmacyand request refills,and they would refill them.So I did,They did not return the request.So I called his office back and they told me to have the pharmacy fax the request and they would ok the refills,Do I did and the pharmacy did send the fax,not once but 4 times.Then thay told me well dr.Rauf was only in that office on thursday and he would okay it then.At this point I have been without my meds for a week.So I call the pharmacy and the pharmacy said that the dr.ofc sent them a fax,sayting they do know who I am.So i call the office and the lady told me no they did not do that and that she was going to fax the script to the pharmacy,and then 30 minutes… later they tell me he ins not going to ok my scripts till he sees me,so i ask when can he see meand I was told next week.So now I have to go 2 weeks without my meds because they can't get their stuff together.If they had told me a week or even 2 week ago I needed to make an appointment 1st.I would have done that and none of this other stuff had to happen.For so reason he can't write prescriptions so dr.siddiqi has to write his scripts.So My suggestion is if you care about your health find a better Dr.

He moves quickly but I felt very confident in his ability to review my history and my cultures. He said no more antibiotics which I questioned but he was right on the money. I healed just fine! Thank you Dr Rauf
