Dr. Sharmeen Sultana, MD

Took to long to see and was very short why is that once they are successful the doctors change I just want somebody nice and willing to listen to my concerns

The staff and Dr. Sultana are disrespectful of patients time and preference. After making in appointment and specifically request to be see Dr. Sultana, they even confirmed twice (prior to my arrival and Upon checking in) that I will see her., Just when I was called in, almost an hour after my arrival, once again I the patient asked if I will be seeing the provider at this time the staff informed me that the Doctor was leaving. No once anyone apologized nor excuse themselves or the doctor for the inconvenience to the patient. It’s s shame that providers like her are only interesting is collecting revenue but not in developing trustworthy relationships with their patients.

Saw her at the new Kenilworth street location. 2 hour wait time. Nasty staff screaming at each other. Dr. Sultani did not listen to me and gave me orders that made no sense.

I've been going to Dr. Sultana for years. She's always very thorough and fast.

There is absolutely no respect for patient's time. I've never had to wait less than an hour to see the doctor, pointless making an appointment then.

Wait time no matter the day nor time is longer than an hour every time! I used her office so much as I am frequently ill and she is so close to me however the amount of time you wait I could have traveled to and back before ever seeing her! When you do see her she is mild tempered and quick judgement. Gives prescriptions like candy and when one causes a problem she doesn't stop the drug she gives another to counteract. I do not have serious illnesses or am allergic to anything that would cause this to be an answer. I would not want her by my death bed!
