Dr. Albers was very nice and answered my questions thoroughly.

They are the hardest people to get in the phone. When you do get someone to pick up that are rude!!! Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I have had to wait an hour plus to be seen for 5 minutes! Dr Albers is rude and very short. This is our last appointment and I will NEVER GO BACK.

Going to Centennial Pediatrics was an absolute nightmare. The staff were very rude and incompetent. I would never recommend this place or doctor to anyone I know. The reason for my visit was to use the last of my flexible spending account. I set up an appointment with Dr. Albers simply to fill a prescription. When I arrived at Centennial Pediatrics on 25th Ave, I filled out my information and waited for my appointment. I waited for about 20 minutes and decided to ask one of the receptionist when I would be seen. She started looking in their files and said they had forgotten to put my name on their clipboards. She did not apologize and did not seem to care. She said I would be seen shortly so I sat back down. I wasnâ??t seen for another 25 minutes so I had spent 45 minutes waiting for Dr. Albers. When I was finally seen, the appointment lasted for less than 5 minutes. She was a little rude, wrote my prescription and I was gone. As I was leaving, I thought to myself what a… waste of time and money this appointment was. I thought the appointment would cost maximum of $40-50. When I received my bill it was for $115!! Shocked and extremely frustrated, I called the billing office and Centennial Pediatrics. I was told they would look into and call me back within a few days to see if they applied the right billing code. I never heard back from them. After a week and half, I called them back and was told by another woman (equally as apathetic and rude) that new patients were always charged $145 and there was nothing they could do (My insurance covered part of the balance so thatâ??s why my bill was $115). She did not care how terrible my experience was. Long story short, terrible staff, terrible doctor and much too expensive.

Dr. Albers was extremely rude during my daughter's visit. She insulted my intellect. I will not be returning to her office. She needs to work on her personal skills.
