Left me sitting in the room for an hour and 15 minutes with the only person to come in was for some touch tests for numbness. She personally came in for ten minutes. Pushed her thumb into the side of my neck with the most excruciating pain ever. Then prescribed pt and was setting me up for some needle process and still haven't heard a word back now at 2 weeks. Never again! The absolute worst service I've ever had at NE Baptist hands down.

I was seen by Dr. Bassi about a year ago 2016 she appeared to be very nice understanding,so I chose to continue to have faith in her. I was sent to physical therapy for 6weeks. In 2017 I went back to dr.bassi with pretty much the same pain symptoms nerve pain and symptoms of burning cold nerve pain symptoms Dr.Bassi suggested a steroid shot with deep thought I wasn't sure because I had one before it did not work, meaning IStill had the same symptoms. However Dr. Bassi was convincing enough for me to try again....bad mistake...the shot I received from Dr.Bassi made things 100times worse.when I called her office back after speaking to her Nurse Practioner her response was Dr. Bassi said she was not surprised. From that point on I have not been able to find out what went wrong or why I am in more pain than what I started with. no answers still in agony. Now she don't know how to treat me.

I have been a patient of Dr Bassi for a few years now and can't say enough about this wonderful person... She a great physician and a great person...I am very sad to see her leave Lahey Hospital but I am going to follow her to her new Hospital in Boston

Dr. Bassi is so caring and so concerned. She is patient and understanding. She hears you out completely. After so many doctors gave me the wrong diagnosis, Dr.Bassi figured out my problem immediately and explained to me in detail. She put my mind to ease and I'm now recovering in the right way! So thankful that there are doctors like her on this planet!

Dr Bassi took the time to make sure that she understood the issues I was having, and provided me with many resources. Its not often that I have left an office feeling like someone heard what I had to say, understood and had a clear plan of treatment.
