Dr. Sharon Michelle Dowell, MD

Dr. Sharon Dowell is a board-certified rheumatologist and internal medicine physician with 26 years of experience treating patients with complex joint and autoimmune conditions. She earned her medical degree from the University of the West Indies Barbados Faculty of Medical Sciences and completed her residency training at Howard University Hospital. Her dual specialty training allows her to provide comprehensive care for both rheumatologic diseases and general internal medicine needs. Dr. Dowell is fluent in both Spanish and English, enabling her to serve a diverse patient population.
