I have been very disappointed in the staff and Dr. Stanek. Both office visits I have waited over an hour to be seen. I am especially unimpressive with Dr. Stanek's knowledge and bedside manner. I will be finding a new doctor immediately.

Go Elsewhere

The doc is more interested in her computer than patient care. She mostly asks questions from a computer questionnaire about what you say your problem is. Have 2 problems? You will only get 1 treated per appointment so that she can get 2 copays out of you. Even if she only spends 60 seconds with you, she will NOT discuss a 2nd issue in the same appointment - no matter how related the issues are. The doctor doesn't make eye contact as she talks to you unless you are interested in the overpriced line of supplements and herbs she peddles. The entire office , from the waiting room to the exam rooms, is decorated with posters for these products. Mostly they are claims that the items will fix your allergies and other ailments without the use of actual medicines. While I am not against herbs and supplements, I don't think they should be the focus of a medical practice. The staff has no clue what they are doing - I got 4 different answers about the results of 1 blood test! Not a single answer was even accurate - I insisted on a copy of the results, not just the report, and the results were different than any of the 4 answers! The doctor will HOUND you with phone calls from a robot that wants you to make an appointment but you will have to figure out who is calling because it tells you that you need to make an appointment but it won't tell you who is calling that you need to make an appointment with. I could not afford the brand name of a medication but the doctor refused to prescribe the generic. After breaking down in tears over this, she finally agreed. When the medication needed to be increased, I had to go through it all again because she again refused to prescribe the generic. She and her staff made me feel AWFUL because I could not afford to spend over 12 times the cost of the generic for the brand name. That was the last straw for me. If you don't want to spend a fortune, buy overpriced herbal treatments, or get consistently inaccurate results to medical tests, go see someone else.

Don't Waste Your Time and Money or Risk Your Health! Just don't!

The Dr's office staff is incredibly unorganized. They will forget you. They will give you inconsistent information. And it will be a problem with your medical care. The Dr herself seems more inclined to recommend you to a specialist for care, even if you have a specialist already that she forgot about. What she won't do, however, is much to help you. You will stay sick for days waiting for her office staff to get back to you, if they haven't forgotten you. And then you will be disappointed that the doctor won't do anything for you. I got better care from a physician's assistant at the Urgent Care clinic. Go there instead.
