Dr. Shelley Ann Morris

Dr. Morris is a highly intelligent and kind Doctor. She listens well and explains everything. Easy scheduling and great staff. Thanks Dr. Morris for everything!

Let me start by saying Dr. Morris is a very nice person. Now for my review... I was so taken back by the performance of Dr. Morris for my last physical. If your looking for a doctor has you stay in your street clothes, takes 5 minutes to listen to your heart, lungs, press your sides and stomach and call it a complete physical then Dr. Morris is for you. My dogs exams are more thorough than what she did for me. The office staff is completely confused - my husband called them back about a message they left on his phone. The first call he was told it wasn't their office that called. He explained he was just resently released from the hospital. No, she said, it wasn't their office that called, it must be a Dr. from Elkhart. After replaying the message and making note of day, time, and person who left the message he called them again. The front desk person STILL didn't find anything about it and he was transferred to the nurse. She went through and found the notes that he was… called to see if he wanted an appointment with Dr Morris because he had recently been released from the hospital. Ummm....NO! This isn't the only bad experience - numerous duplicate call backs, no call backs, etc. I got tired of waiting for test results so I called. Got the results and 2 - 3 days later got a call from their office telling me what my test results were!! I've even got letters following up on inforation I've already asked about. I have given them plenty of time to get it together. Searching for a new doctor but finding it difficult to find good ones taking new patients - not going back to this office again.

Nice, but completely inadequate physical. No urine test, no balance test, no reaction test, no prostate exam, no questions about current meds (what was on file was wrong), inaccurate insurance procedure coding.

Dr. Morris was very easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns and history and took my perspective seriously. She did an excellent job of explaining her recommendations. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Best doctor i have found for my child. She is really nice and caring. what i liked the most was that she said that she would call me if something came up and if she needed to she my child.

We have six children and all of them absolutely love Dr. Morris. She is warm and caring. She takes the time to really get to know her patients and what their concerns are. I wouldn't change a thing about her. I'm so glad that Dr. Morris is our doctor.

I recently changed doctors and I'm really happy about the change. The doctor I had when I went to see her she always say I was fine, the test we're fine . But I knew that wasn't correct and when I changed dr morris took the time to talk with me and send me to the specilalist I needed and found out what I had been knowing was wrong . Dr. Morris really listen to you and she takes her time your not sitting around waiting for them they're great
