I have worked with other therapists who listened well but didnt offer much more than that. Shelly took the time to truly know me and challenged me to grow. I stayed with her for 3.5 years, thoroughly explored the origins of my issues, addressed dysfunctional core beliefs, trauma and grief. I blossomed to more than I thought I could ever be. So worth the time and effort!! I suggest you also take their DBT Course. Radically Effective!!!
