My Grandma came to the ER and she was explaining to him what was going on with her and he walked out of the room while she was explaining. Also he said if her WBC came back bad that they would admit her and her WBC was super high and he sent her home with the worst antibiotic for cellulitis she was borderline septic and HE SENT HER HOME!!!! Which led to her going back to the Emergency room and the other doctor admitted her immediately and started REALLY strong antibiotics. She is 88 and does NOT need to let an infection get that bad and she tried to get help......She could have DIED because he didnt do his job.....I will be filing a formal complaint on Dr. Sherard Houston and since he didnt help her which led to a 2 day hospital stay that could have been prevented had he done what he should have somebody needs to remove him from helping patients. He told her she should have went to her family doctor first WHICH SHE DID and the family Dr sent her there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a nice place but most of the time the X-ray is down and you NEVER see a doctor, ever! Ive been there a few times and the doc is never in. When you ask for an appointment with him only they always give you an excuse that he's not in...does the doc ever come in ?
