I called ahead of time and asked if they were taking new patients, they said yes and told them I had Medicaid and they said they accepted it. I get there day of appointment they weigh and measure my kid and we wait. This lady comes in rude like and told us that they can't take new patients with Medicaid. She made me cry. Humiliated us in front of everyone. I get people make mistakes and I'm sure the first lady made one but for you to come in and handle a situation that could of been handled a better way was horrible and wrong! She could of came in and said I'm sorry we can't take you we changed our rules or whatever in a quiet time. But no. She wanted to be heard and she did. Needless to say we have found a MUCH better facility with MUCH better people.

The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone take their child to this office. I have never seen such unprofessional people in my life!!!

Dr. Williams is the very best doctor ever.....My son went there from the age of 3 to 15 and now my grandchildren go there. Her personality is just down to business and that is the way it should be now as for the office staff that has turned over, but never had a problem what so ever! Course Sherry B is wonderful too!

Worst doc ever! Rude, disrespectful! Staff sucks! The only good thing about that office is the nurse practitioner Sheri Bryant!

I have taken my kids to Dr. Sheri all of their lives. I can not imagine someone taking their kids to anyone else. She alway tried to keep my medical cost down.
