I've been coming to Bay State Pain for over a decade to treat chronic back and leg pain. Dr. Alghendy and all of the staff here are amazing. If you have to deal with pain everyday you want a doctor and office like this one to treat you. Years ago when I first came to Bay State Pain in between surgeries I was truly beginning to lose hope in ever finding a doctor like Dr. Alghendy.

I have been going to Dr Algeny ' s for over 5 yrs now. This has been a life changer for me. I have been to other pain clinics, but I have never been so supported by a great team of professionals as I ve found here. Dr. Algendy himself is one of the most caring, compassionate, humble and understanding Dr. S I ve had the pleasure to work with. He always listens to all my concerns and includes me in his plan of action. He is always ready to try a new treatment if one does not work. When I came to this office my desire was to do a little bit of housework. Wow I never expected to do water arobics, walk in a marathon and enjoy my life again. I hate when I m doing well and don t get to see this group, they are that nice, but it is always like visiting family and they love when I m doing well. I am so glad this place was recommended to me !They gave me my life back!! Team Algendy- I m forever grateful!!

The best pain management specialist around!

Doctor Sherif Al Gendy is by far the most compassionate doctor I have been to. His staff goes above and beyond and are the kindest women. They are very flexible when it comes to rescheduling your appointment. They also explain everything you need to know about any medications you take. I have never met a doctor who knew so much about what medications cause certain side effects, that were never explained to me before! I cannot say enough good things about dr. Al Gendy and I travel to see him. I will never change him for my doctor. He has also called surgeons on my behalf to discuss my difficult medical issues. Not every doctor will go out of their way, on a weekend, to personally call another doctor to explain one patient's situation and he did that.

I began seeing Dr. Algendy last May for pain management. Whenever I attempted to voiced my concerns about the medications he was prescribing me he would cut me off and just refused to listen to me. I stopped seeing him the following month after getting sick after he put me on Cymbalta.

Dr Algendy is a great doctor that will always take the time to listen and find a treatment plan to best help each patient individually. If you are coming to him specifically to get a prescription for opioids, then you are waisting your time. If you are coming here with an open mind to treatment goals, then this is the place for you. Staff is very friendly and accomadating.

When I met Dr Algendy he sat and talked with me about other treatments I received elsewhere. He was very informative and listened to my concerns and he explained what he would be doing differently and other optioins never mententionedc previously. Highly recommend him!!
