I WAS RECOMMENDED TO DR SOOD BY A CO WORKER. I FEEL DR SOOD IS THE EPITOME OF WHAT A DR SHOULD BE. SHE IS A VERY CARING AND EMPATHETIC PERSON. I FEEL COMFORTABLE TALKING TO HER AND HER OFFICE STAFF. I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND HER OFFICE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY CHERYL TO BE WELCOMING AND AMUSING

I have been a patient of Dr. Sood's for approximately 2 years and have yet to have any problems whatsoever with her or her staff. Follow-up appointments have never been a problem, and she has even gone as far as to call me on the weekend to discuss lab results with me on more than one occasion. She has excellent "bedside manner" and takes time with you to explain what is going on and actually listens to her patients when they have complaints that need to be addressed. Highly recommended.

Dr. Sood's staff is very inconsiderate over the phone and in person. They are hesitant to interact with patients. They seem unfriendly and more interested in staying behind their computers then working with the patients. Dr. Sood does not allow proper time in her scheduling so you consistently wait for long periods of time to see her. She requires you to call her for follow up vs being responsible for her own follow up with patients. She can be snippy and unprofessional should an issue arise that needs to be discussed. I'd recommend seeking care somewhere else where you will have overall better treatment and patient care.

It is SO refreshing to find a Doctor who CARES!!! She not only listens to whatever your symptoms and ailments are, but she strives to find the root cause of these problems; not just treat the ailments and symptoms! She came HIGHLY recommended to me by darn near every Pharmacy Technician at the Pharmacy that I get my meds from, because they all see her as their Primary Care Physician as well! She seems genuinely interested and concerned about her patients, and I would definitely recommend her to ANYONE looking for a polite, nice, caring, expert Doctor.

I strongly recommend Dr. Sherry Sood. Great bed-side manner. When one thinks of a physician in this day and time, you think of them as only a 15 minute interview that leaves them cold and uncaring. I found Dr. Sood to be professional and who also took the time to access my medical needs and beleive me I had medical needs that needed to be addressed.
