Dr. Shervin Aminpour, MD

Dr. Aminpour has been a doctor of mine since 2018. He and his office have been amazing. Several of the reviews here are quite suspicious and it's easy to question the integrity of the author/s. I believe it's likely that some of the vitriol posted is by someone that was never a patient of his. I can't recommend his office highly enough!

This guy is DANGEROUS!!! Stay as far away as you can. I have videos of him holding a knife to someone’s neck and hitting his girlfriend. BEWARE! I witnessed him in this action. He shouldn’t be practicing and needs his license taken away from him immediately!!

Worst dr and staff wouldn’t recommend them to my enemies .

I can’t say enough to express my gratitude for Dr. Aminpour. He gave me my life back! For the first time I can breathe. I had a difficult case, my nose was severely bent to one side and it gave me severe anxiety and insecurity. Now I part my hair down the middle walk with my head up high. The whole team is lovely, those ladies made me feel like family! Thank you!! Liz I.

I've been here once in 2018. They check my health insurance and find everything correct. So I pay my co-pay on the spot, see the doctor, and get the medication I need. After 2 years, in 2020, a collection company call me. Apparently, my health insurance didn't pay because they were missing some documents. They gave the bill to them without even trying to call me. In 2 years they never tried even once to contact me, even if they had my phone number, email address, and physical address, as I double-checked with them once I received the bad news. With just one phone call, one letter, or one email, everything would be resolved in minutes. Instead, my credit score got heavily affected and the health insurance didn't initially want to pay because it was too late. After months of problems, phone calls, and stress, I finally get everything resolved and they get paid in full by my health insurance. Fun fact: only after receiving the payment recipe, I learn that the health insurance has a deal… with them for a significant discount. But they were NOT applying that discount when charging me. Basically, they would make more money charging me through the collection company than they did by being paid by the health insurance. Anyway, I ask kindly if they can get resolved the problem with the collection company. After waiting a long time, I have to call the collection company myself to resolve the situation. They didn't even make a phone call to contact them to update them on the situation, in order to start the process to restore my credit score. I've never seen in my life such disrespect for patients, and I'm not even going to start describing the medical service itself or I'll write a book. I think this episode is emblematic enough to tell how much they'll care about you.

The office staff is condescending and they just care about the money not the patient. They make that abundantly clear after you already are stuck with them. Unprofessional. I made a mistake choosing them to help me with my sinus blockages and migraines

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE DOCTOR!!

Very disappointing office visit. I went in for some sinus discomfort. He suggested a surgery for my deviated septum which made sense and to be sure he suggested a ct scan. He also looked in my nose which seems normal until i got a bill that was 10 times what a normal doctor visit is. At no point did he explain that looking in my nose for 5 seconds would require a massive payment. Also during the visit while the deviated septum surgery was internal he suggested i get a nose job and other cosmetic procedures that had nothing to do with my deviated septum. After reading other reviews it seems like this doctor adds on to raise the billing.

He has helped me a lot with my breathing and overall appearance!

Billed nearly $1,000 for a 7 minute office visit!
