Dr. Sheryl R. Holley, MD

She has absolutely terrible bedside manner. She made a snap judgement on me regarding my history. And after that pretty much told me that everything I was saying was a lie. As a doctor she should not be making judgements of any sort. I saw her once and will not be seeing her ever again, nor referring anyone to ever go to the office she is at. And she does not work in Greece anymore, she works at Pen-Fair Family Care in Penfield. STAY AWAY!!!!

I've been a patient a number of years now, maybe 10'ish. She has a great & professional personality, always takes time to listen to concerns or symptoms. Very quick with reply or response when communication is needed regarding any number of things. Has never made me feel rushed in or out of an appointment. Little to no wait time for an appt especially during times of seasonal sicknesses! I give a whole hearted 5 stars!

I came out of a bad situation with another doctor. Now I fear that I might be fired. Never helped me with my respiratory illness that is causing other problems. Just go to work, no disability , and the PA is no better. If you have long term health issues stay away.

Been seeing Dr. Holley for 15 years. She has never cut me short and is willing to take the time to listen to what I am saying. She is very good at explaining what my diagnosis is for any problem that I am having.

1st visit with her and had read other poor reviews of her before going in but decided to keep an open mind. She tried to rush during appt. Didn't listen and didn't dig for details. I thought ok not great but not terrible. Today I was allowed access to "Visit Notes" written by her about the appointment. As I read them I thought, I didn't say that. She didn't get that right....there were over 6 things that were not even close to being correct that she must have just made assumptions on her own. An example I can share was, I told her I have spinal problems. She asked, from a fight? I said, no. A friendly game of football one of the guys clotheslined me in the neck. That's a strike from the front as if you ran thru a yard and got caught by a clothes line, yet she wrote I was struck in the back of the neck and wouldn't elaborate on my spinal problems. Not true or accurate at all. I won't return to see her. I advise you find a different doctor

If I could rate this doctor lower then 1 star, I would. I saw her when I lived in NY and she was TERRIBLE. She was rude, arrogant, hateful, and she does NOT listen to her patients. She walked in once and said “nice to meet you” when I had been seen by her at 2 appointments before that. I asked her for a referral to a cardiologist because of some issues I was having. She REFUSED and told me it was just anxiety. She demanded I go to therapy and berated me when I couldn’t go often. Now that I’m living in a different area and seeing a GOOD doctor, I’ve been referred to a cardiologist because my doctor felt it necessary based on my symptoms. Oh, and guess what, they have found a heart condition that is finally being treated. So, yeah, it wasn’t “just anxiety”. HORRIBLE doctor. She shouldn’t have a license. I’ll likely be reporting her to the board of medicine in NY. Avoid this doctor at ALL costs.

Not to go into much detail but she has no clue about anything to do with medical treatment or anything. I have no idea how she got her licenses.

I have only been going to Dr. Holley for a few months now and have been happy with her up until recently. I went to visit her for back pain I was having, she brought up the possibility that it might be something with my kidneys. She sent me for tests, and did not call me with the results. I have called her every day for 5 days in a row and she still has not contacted me! I could not be more disappointed with her right now, I am still in serious pain and have no idea what is going on with me. Even if it were something nominal, I deserve a call back! I am definitely switching doctors and do not recommend this practice to anyone (for all I know it could be the receptionists that are not getting the messages to her).
