After Dr. Pearl sold her practice to Ennoble Care, the quality of communication and care coordination declined significantly. It has become extremely difficult to get a return call from anyone who can discuss my loved one’s home care in a meaningful way, despite repeated messages by phone, through the portal and by email. In our experience, the focus seems to be on generating visits and billing rather than on thoughtful medical decision-making in complex situations. Families dealing with frail, homebound patients need access to a physician or experienced clinician who can help navigate difficult clinical questions, and that has not been our experience here. he focus feels like it’s on churning visits and billing rather than really understanding and managing complex medical needs. Proceed with caution; there are… other home-based services that provide similar convenience while ensuring that physicians remain directly involved in patient care.

Dr. Pearl's on call answering service told me that patients are complaining that they have real health issues and cannot reach Dr. Pearl or her nurse practitioner Ionna Blair, because she doesn't return her calls. The answering service told me to find another physician. I told Dr. Pearl, and she released me as her patient. I do not feel that I am losing anything at this point. I need my prescription renewals , but she doesn't respond. I am now in the process of finding another doctor, and have been told that I have 30 days. This doctor has caused me undue stress, because I am never informed of test results, and I do not want to end up back in the hospital again. Why is this? Dr. Pearl told me on the phone the other day that medicine has changed from the old days. Perhaps, so. But have the common decency Dr. Pearl, or anyone in that office, to call a patient back with blood results, especially since I have been in the Emergency room so many times, as well as, being admitted to South… Nassau for Sepsis. It is so uncaring of her to treat her patients like this.

I was in the hospital for sepsis last year for two weeks, and never received a call from Dr. Pearl. I have been in the emergency room many times for the same problem, and she never follows up, nor her nurse practitioner Iona Blair. Only after calling Ennoble Care and numerous efforts did she return my call. Dr. Pearl said to me medicine has changed and it is not the same as the old days of one on one. According to her answering service, there have been many complaints of no follow up calls or care. I relayed this information to Dr. Pearl, and received a letter from her that she no longer wants to have me as a patient. I just received the letter from Enoble care today, which she now works for. I have called many times tonight for my prescriptions to be renewed. I have been given 30 days to find a doctor. She refuses to respond to me. I do not feel that I am losing a doc

Dr. Pearl, Mona, Rebecca and rest of staff has been far and above helpful over three years of care for my 94 yr old mother in law. Always polite and professional, she and her staff really family oriented, and they really follow up with you on all aspects of care. They are always there, and will return all calls. The Doctor is so amazing and respectful, considerate of family and understanding of expectations..I've had other doctors before, comes not even close to Dr Pearl and her staff..100% real.

Dr. Pearl is the absolute worse doctor we have ever dealt with it. Do not call or attempt to make appointments with Dr. Pearl and her office. She and her staff are outright liars, and she does not care about her patients at all. In this terrible time of the Covid-19 pandemic, Dr. Pearl and her staff refused to make any accommodations for an elderly patient's fears of the virus. She refused any form of virtual or telemedical appointment when her very elderly patient expressed concern and fear over a home visit. Instead, Dr. Pearl and her staff lied continuously and were extremely confrontational to both the patient and her family. They left a 90 year old patient without medical care. Dr. Pearl should lose her medical license because she is the total opposite of a caring medical professional and her practice should be closed down permanently.

I was lucky when I met Dr. Pearl in the Emergency room of a long Island hospital. I was there with a leg wound that I received while riding my bicycle. She came to the rescue and found a bone infection that was not in the original diagnosis. I was treated by a leg doctor she recommended and came out totally cured. She has become my general practitioner GP with all my health issues as they come up. I got luckey I met her and she was there when i needed the care. She is smart and caring and a great doctor, I rate her with the highest rating 5.

She has been my mothers doctor for almost a year now and has yet to meet her... SHE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH, even through the emergency number. When you get in touch with her she has an attitude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this women at all costs if you care about your loved ones. So despicable.

Dr. Pearl was rarely available when needed, and didn’t even bother to make a condolence phone call when her patient, my mother, passed away and Dr. Pearl sign the death certificate. I strongly suggest you find another option rather than Dr. Pearl.

I cannot tell how much my family appreciates the services of Dr. Pearl. My mother is home bound and Dr. Pearl made every effort to help our family. She even helped us out on a Sunday. Unbelievable!!

Worst dr ever. She never sees her patients and you can’t get a hold of her. She claims to make a house call. In the 3 years my dad had her as a dr she came once! My dad has been in and out of the hospital and she never came to see him or call!
