If you're going to have a child, I'd recommend choosing another hospital or making sure you request any other pediatrician than Shilpi Das. This pediatrician rudely pushed me out of the room to interrogate my wife about whether or not we used drugs. Also even though we made it perfectly clear that we were ready to take our child home she forced us to stay an extra day and a half and ran unnecessary blood tests on our infant to look for nicotine and drugs. The tests all came back negative of course. We were treated like criminals and it was completely uncalled for. All because our child was acting "unusual". It turned out that my wife wasn't producing breastmilk fast enough and our baby was hungry. The treatment we received was incredibly uncalled for. This was my fourth child and the first one at this hospital. Needless to say it was the single worst experience I've ever had. Beware.
