Honestly embarassing how poorly she works with clients. You can tell she'll just talk with you for money. She prescribed me a medication not covered by insurance so I asked for her to write an alternative (there were many alt options covered). This is a very simple 3 minute taks. She did not respond to any request for help and when I finally reached her after several days calling different health providers refused to saying there were no alternatives even thouh several other entities said there were. She clearly does not know medicine or care about clients. Ultimately - she just wants you to make a ton of appointments. Save your money and time and get a doctor who atually cares about patients

My visit by Dr Hadidchi was amazing, She truly care about her patients. She makes you feel comfortable. Extremely competent and compassionate

I have been going to this doctors office for over a year now. I am new to the area and was using this office as my primary care. As of now I need to find a new primary care physician. I do not recommend using this office for primary care. I will say the doctor I was seeing (Jorge) is well versed, however, It takes two weeks to get an appointment and the front office workers generally do not care. I had to wait 1 month plus to be seen for a flu that I had. When I was finally seen I had a host of problems. The office takes a long time to see patients and they rushed me. Just this past visit a woman from the office popped her head in not even 3 minutes into me listing my symptoms and told the nurse to hurry up! I forgot to ask for a referral among the 5 other needs I had. I called into the office they said I needed to make another appointment 2 weeks out to ask him. I asked if I could speak with him on the phone. They told me the doctors do not do that. Do not go here if it is serious.… The doctor prescribed me too little of my medication. The bottle was very small. When I called for a refill for the cough syrup they told me I would have to make another appointment two weeks out! Yvonne lied to me and told me that it was illegal for refills. I second checked the law and this was not true. She then told me to go to a urgent care. The doctor incorrectly wrote a prescription that was supposed to be for imaging. Instead he wrote a prescription for the same ct scan I just had done and showed him the results of. Honest mistake. The doctor specifically told me he “needs an MRI” to see the concussion I recently got. Called the office for them to ask the doctor and correct the orders on Thursday. Yvonne said she would ask him and give me a call back. I called again later that day and she made an excuse. Called twice Friday, she made an excuse. Called again after no response Monday. She made another excuse. She kept telling me they would call me back and they never did! I spent a lot of time and energy just trying to communicate with these people! Called at the end of the day Monday and finally told her how they are doing wrong by their patients operating in this manner. She did not care at all. I said something needs to be done so I will write a review to show people what they are getting into before they do. Hopefully this will help others and save their time. Or perhaps light a fire under the managements butts to get them to figure out their operations properly. FYI Yvonne this is what happens when you do not care. Now I am going to find a highly reviewed doctor’s office.
