Doctor and staff are very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful through appointments and procedures. Appointment time in waiting room was expected and well worth it to see doctor as once in the patient room, it's all about you! Facility used for procedures are neat and clean, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. Utmost confidence in Doctor Gadallah and her staff with help in an unpleasant situation.

Dr. Gadallah is a wondeful and caring physician, she is presently working on restoring and correcting my esphogus and hiatal hernia. I highly recommend Dr. Gallallah.

Dr. Gadallah herself is a wonderfully pleasant woman. I didn't have a lot of contact with her however; my pre-procedure appointment and follow up appointment were both with her PA, who is also very pleasant. Dr. Gadallah's office staff were nice, and they ran generally on time for office visits. The day of my procedure they were running very late, but, procedures can take many turns and even though I'd been fasting since midnight, had a 2:30 procedure scheduled and wasn't taken into the procedure room until 5:30, I still think it was a good visit. It would have been nice if they'd notified me before I got there or when I checked in that they were more than two hours behind so I could have waited at home but that may not have been reasonable depending on whether it was a single procedural delay or a series that accumulated to a three hour wait. The staff were accomdating prior to my procedure, checked in on me frequently and took care to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. Overall, not something one looks forward to, but made more tolerable by the pleasant staff that cared for me!
