Dr. Chai is not my primary provider. I've had the pleasure of her caring for me a # of times when needed for same day doctor appointment. She is indeed professional & approachable! She genuinely cared about me as a patient each and everytime I was seen by her! However, there is a nurse on her staff, that needs to come down off of her pedestal and listen to patient(s) before speaking! After the experience that I've had with one nurse, I definitely will not come back!!

I think Dr Chai is very kind. The only thing is she seems to refer me to other Drs for everything.

Dr. Chai has zero bedside manner. I had to see her before I had major spine surgery. She told me she wasn't clearing me for surgery, because my surgeon left out a test. She was so negative and i didn't need that stress a day before surgery.

I love this doctor. She is very thorough, is good about answering questions, and overall just a very good physician. She doesn't have an extremely "warm" bedside manner, but is absolutely professional. The office staff....while they are professional, sometimes a few of the staff come across as a little rude, but the immediate response to questions or concerns from Dr. Chai more than makes up for this. In addition, I have never had more than a ten minute wait for an appointment, which is fabulous with my schedule. HIGHLY recommend this dr and office.
