Over books patients , leaves for long periods of time , talks about other patience to me , wants a cash only years deductible at the beginning of the year , who's to say I'll be there all year .plus my medicaid and medicare pay all deductibles, so she's getting double paid , if you miss a appointment she still bill fir a 45 minutes visit when she only sees you 5 minutes , very unethical, when it comes to billing , plus she don't give receipts for cash payments only , double billing is against the law

We had a very long wait, over an hour, while people came after us went in first. Receptionist was not wearing a mask, even sneezed while at the front desk. The doctor is definitely not for us. I have NEVER gotten in a fight with any doctor ever, except this one. We left the office before the visit was over and will never go back. My mother deserved a whole lot better treatment than what this woman was offering. She even had a phone with her that she answered 3x while we were in with her. She had my 81 year old mother in tears.

Record spent waiting is 5 hours in her office, she sets appointments but also lets people come as they please, literally worst doctor on earth. Im diabetic and wanted phone appointments to keep from dying, she'd have none of that. Also when she heard I had a work comp case closing, she claimed "medicare doesnt pay me enough," and tried handing me a $13,781 bill written on notebook paper. COULD NOT SAY LOUD ENOUGH NEVER GO TO THIS WOMEN

Dr. Patodia and Helen are fabulous!! The only people that leave negative comments, are drug seeking losers. And the receptionist that left such a disgusting Comment, was unprofessional, dishonest, and way too ghetto. If you want a doctor who will take the time and truly listen, then Dr. PATODIA IS the Best!! She truly cares!!

I worked for both Patodia's, and they both treated me like S***. She was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. One day she called me an idiot in front of patients for no reason and never apologize to me. I worked 8 hours shifts and I was not able to take a 30 minute or even an hour lunch. I had to eat at my desk and if patients walked in, I had to stop eating to take care of the patient. The biller that works for her is also rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. They would charge patients insurance companies for visits that never happen. If the patient had an appointment and didn't show they would create a false visit summary and charge them for that visit. Nirmal Patodia is the same way like this wife, rude disrespectful and unprofessional. One day a pharmacist called the office because she could not read his writing I informed him why they were calling he tells me "them stupid b**** high school dropout cannot read what the script says" he got mad and made me hang up the phone on… the person who was calling. I would not recommend anyone to work them. She is not in the Pain management business to help people, she is in it for the money. I had patient's tell me that she was doing stuff that could have her license taken away. For instance, if she prescribes a patient medicine and it was not helping the patient she will have the patient bring the medicine back and then sell it to the next patient that walked in the door. That's why I quit working for her because I don't want to be caught in that mess. She also use old patients chart and recycle the good paper for another patient's chart. I told her one day, "that is a Hippa violation because their is patient information on the other side of the paper" she told me not to worry about it and just write an "X" on the side that had the information and he can still use the other side. I also remember one day I put clean paper in the printer and the biller yelled at me and said don't use clean paper use the recycled paper. Someone needs to seriously close them down.. These people are fraud

This doctor is insulting and out of control diagnosing priot to any legitimate consultation

Dr. Patodia helped prevent me from having surgery on my cervix. She is very precise when doing an injection. She also helped me get off all my pain meds but one. The wait in her office can be very long but I feel she is worth it!

Had me on way too many meds....gave me meds I was allergic to while recovering from surgery...has husband walk in your room so they both can bill medicare
