I was recently seen as a new patient. I walk in and the receptionist that checks me in is extremely rude, gives attitude for no apparent reason and is wearing headphones also. As she’s scanning my insurance she starts texting on her phone. IN FRONT OF ME! After she checks me in I sit down and observe both of the girls in the front. The other receptionist seemed to be doing all the work while the other continues texting on her phone. I’m thinking the worst for my office visit, but Dr. Valika is amazing, great bedside manner. I schedule my appointment months before and it was worth the wait. He is honestly great. Highly recommend. I wouldn’t recommend checking in with that receptionist though. I can’t get over the fact that she’s in the front with headphones in!

In the last year my son has seen four different doctors the turnover is way too high no communication rude I wish there was a different doctor we could go to
