Very unsatisfied with dr. Bao. He showed no concern I tried to talk to him about my concerns and he showed no interest what so ever. I will be changing doctor's. He may be highly educated, but that doesn't make up for not having a bedside manner.

Dr bao is a smart and nice guy,but it is so hard to get in contact with them and to get results back. everytime i get labs or anything done there it has taken over a month to get results.i need my results that i pay for so my other drs can look them over for other issues. Id you call and leave a message you will never get called back and cant find any email for them. I will be canceling my future appointments and finding someone else who communicates with patients better.

I was referred to Dr. Bao because of an abnormal EKG which Ark Heart Clinic said might be a thyroid issue. Dr. Bao listened to my symptoms and took my concerns seriously. I do not sweat and have suffered with extreme overheating for 25 plus years. FINALLY someone believes me and is exploring all possibilities. He was kind and super thorough. Super pleased.

Dr Bao is an outstanding Doctor. He knows his stuff and takes good care of me.

I am a type II diabetic and my family physician had exhausted everything at his disposal to bring my sugar levels into an acceptable zone. He referred me to Dr. Bao and within two days my blood glucose levels were better than the past several years. I am feeling better, eating better, experiencing weight loss and more energetic that I have been in some time. I attribute my success to Dr. Bao and his excellent guidance.

Dr Bao originally visited me in the hospital. He discussed my high blood pressure issues and spent time to listen and develop a plan to help control my uncontrolled pressure spikes. I have had two follow up visits with him and am pleased with the progress I am making. I am looking forward to continuing to work with him. I trust him and have confidence in his ability to care for me.

Treated my condition, not me. Hard to talk to and understand. No diagnostic thinking- just standard treatment protocol-no individualization. Never looked at my records.
