Dr Shyam Shridharani is a great doctor. He and his staff were great, my wife is now walking and enjoying her life again pain free. She had surgery to repair a herniated disc in her lower spine. Everything went great and she had almost immediate relief after surgery from the sciatic nerve pain . Can't thank him and his staff enough for improving my wife's quality of life.

Dr. Shridharani was very expedient with performing my back surgery. He & his staff thoroughly explained my need for repairing my back was imminent. He performed the surgery, it is now several weeks since and I am doing great. Thank you to the entire staff.

I saw Dr. Shridarani for a ruptured disc in my back that happened lifting weights. His office staff was great. My first two appointments were for evaluations after pain management failed. When I saw him he was very clear and helpful in what the problem was and how the surgery he wanted to perform would correct it. I am very active and after the injury walking more than just a few hundred feet was very painful. Within a month of the surgery I was walking up to a mile a day. I have mostly returned being able to do everything I was doing before the injury. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Dr Shridharani did an amazing job in fixing my back injury and has allowed me to return to a normal active life.

Dr. Shridharani and staff at Integrity Spine Surgery were simply the best. My sciatica pain in both hips and legs made it impossible to stand for over 2-3 min. Dr. S explained what he would do to relieve the pain. He operated on L2,3,&4. (7/31/24). The same day, after the surgery, the sciatica pain was completely gone. I would not hesitate to recommend or use him again should the need arise. As a side note, the nursing care I received at Olathe Hospital, 5th floor, was excellent,

Dr. Shridharani and his staff are amazing when I went to see him I needed surgery he did my surgery in September. I was unable to do anything at that point. When I met with Dr.Shridharani he explained everything about the surgery and Barry was very compassionate and understanding about my needs. During my pre-op he came and visited made sure I was doing okay and again explained what was going to happen. His staff was amazing they visited after the surgery Dr Shridharani to visited the same day at my surgery and was very very compassionate this man has an amazing bedside manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is in need of neck surgery.

Dr. Shridharani is the absolute BEST he did two surgeries on my husbands back. My husband went from being bent over and horrible pain to being able to stand straight up and no pain five stars is Not enough stars for this man. He is very explanatory when it comes to your surgery he tells you all the ins and outs and what to expect he is never in a hurry he has all the Time in the world to listen to what you have to say and then he will give you his opinion. His whole staff is wonderful caring and loving. They all take your medical needs very serious. If you have a spine problem and you need help Dr Shridharani is your GUY. IF HE CAN'T FIX YOU NO ONE CAN.

(ACDF, c6-c7) I cannot champion for Dr. Shridharani and staff at Integrity Spine Surgery enough. My experience was superior from my first assessment appointment to post-op care. I was met with concern, honesty, respect, compassion and end-to-end support. I am forever grateful that I trusted "Dr. S" with my health and quality of life decision. I am completely relieved of nerve pain, vibrational numbness and neck/shoulder pain. The entire process does take time, however the end result is utterly worth the prize of being pain free. Dr. S is highly intellectual, very well respected within the medical community, honest with managing expectations and a very very calculated/precise surgeon. I am so thankful for his staff, hospital nursing staff and all involved during my case. It truly takes a village and my village was superb! Doctor Shridharani repaired 3 vertebra in an 8 hour surgery For me & I stood a chance of never walking. He did a superb job & i am walking fine. An excellent doctor & I recommend him highly. Thank you doctor,

Dr. Shridharani is a great Surgeon. I told him "I think you are a "Miracle Worker". After extensive spinal surgery on my back at L2, 3, 4, and 5, I had NO sciatica pain. I was experiencing severe sciatica pain down both hips into my feet and my spinal cord was pinched to the size of a pencil lead. After surgery the spinal cord returned to it's normal quarter size. I received excellent care from my Dr. Shridharani, and all the PA's, Nurses, and Medical Staff (James Leap, PA-C; Preston Quick, APRN; Cari B., RN, OR Nurse Liz, and all others.
