Dr. Milanchi and his office staff are absolutely wonderful! Very responsive to calls, emails and questions! He is thorough throughout consult, and surgery, never felt rushed and always.felt in the loop. Would DEFINITELY recommend him for anyone needing colorectal surgery. He is extremely skilled with excellent bedside manner. Thank You for taking such great care of my father in law!!

Absolutely the best! Such a great surgeon, so caring, knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and responsive. I knew he was good when the oncologist got excited to hear the surgeon is Dr. Milanchi! Then I knew he was excellent when all the nurses in the hospital said that they loved working with him because he returns their calls/messages within 5 minutes when other doctors are off and not to found after 7pm! It has been a month since my surgery (colon resection/sigmoidectomy for diverticulitis), and I am doing great! Dr. Milanchi has been amazing with the entire process, explaining everything in great detail to me (risk vs benefits), and taking care and time to answer all my questions (had a lot lol!). I am so grateful that I found such a wonderful doctor and experienced, detail oriented surgeon. Even with a bit of a delay for the surgery due to Covid, the wait was well worth the outcome! In addition, his office team (Baily, Betty, and the rest) are the best I have come across; very caring, pleasant, and accommodating! I would definitely recommend any member of my Family in need of issue regarding colorectal treatment to the care of Dr. Milanchi and his wonderful team!

Amazing!!! Good bedside manors for a very personal part of the body. Excellent no nonsense surgeon. His staff is just as efficient as he is which is rare in todays medical field. He went far beyond the scope of his responsibility by calling other doctors to get answers for me when I was getting the run around from them. I highly recommend.

For such an uncomfortable and difficult problem to talk about, Dr. Milanchi was extremely sensitive, patient, kind and made me feel as comfortable as possible. He spent a full hour with me at my first consultation getting a detailed history and doing a thorough exam. Most importantly, I felt he really listened to me which gave me the confidence to know I had selected the right doctor.
