Dr. Silvina Beatriz Padro, MD

I have been a a patient of doctor Padro for more than 10 years now and I don't have any complaints about her. She was always there for me when I needed a doctor the most. Always answering my emails, my calls, or any concerns I might have. I really feel lucky having her as my primary doctor and I feel that I am in very good hands..

TERRIBLE!!! Incredibly disorganized, doesn't take proper notes (so they can't be referenced in the future) and won't combine appointments, so you have to visit multiple times per year to discuss different topics. She also doesn't suggest any new ways to address old ailments despite advances in treatment.

Dr Padro is an extremely intelligent, kind, compassionate and educated Dr and woman. I'm glad I found her. Excellent

She has a charming personality and seems nice, however in having her as my PCP for 5 years now, I believe I have met her 3 times in my 10+ visits. It is incredibly difficult to get an appointment in any timely manner, and even more to get in touch with her yourself. My decision to find a new PCP (which wasn't a snap judgement, either) came after she decided to refer me to a new specialist for a condition that I has been treated by the same cardiologist since birth because she felt it was inappropriate to only receive treatment from one physician for that long. Because of my insurance I needed her to approve the referral, which she waited until late afternoon the day before my appointment (which was at 8AM) to have her nurse call me and share the news. My cardiologist was utterly offended when I informed her and was kind enough to refer me to someone less narrow minded and impersonal. I would highly recommend pursuing a different physician for those consider Dr Padro.
