Dr. Prendiville is easy to talk with , very professional , and answers all of my questions. He shows a concern for any of my medical issues or questions. He and his staff provide excellent service and are responsive to any requests.

Dr. Prendiville has been my doctor for many years. He is caring and very professional. He takes the time to listen to me and that's important. Dr. Prendiville is the best of the best.

While colonoscopy is not my favorite treatment, Dr. Prendeville and his staff make it as pleasant as possible. He was personable, kind, reassuring and professional in all his talks with me. I had seen Dr. Prendeville years before, and he was knowledgeable about previous problems and results, as if it were just last month. He set my mind at ease and so appreciate it.

I had an endoscopy and all went well, he and his staff seem to be pleasant. Like most medical clinics, it could be difficult reaching the staff via phone, and of course medical expenses are outrageous. But I would use his services again.

I had been scheduled for a Flex Sigmoid for several weeks by a doctor I had seen for several years. Because CGH had to skim down the 3 offices to 2 offices, I was offered to come to the Randolph Road office for my procedure. Not having seen Dr. Prendiville before, I was a little anxious about him doing the procedure...until he came in and introduced himself and explained to me what he was going to do and exactly what was going to happen. I also saw him again after the procedure and he explained to me the results. He had nice bedside manners, did not make me feel rushed off or uncomfortable. I had a very good experience while enduring an unpleasant procedure. He, and the ladies who worked with him, made me feel very secure and I would definitely recommend him and his office to anyone needing these type of procedures.

Very professional, knowledgeable and highly recommend. Big plus was they can run testing from their office instead of running to an outside lab. Dr. Prendiville ran some good testing to check off some concerns. Thank you.

I have had two colonoscopies performed by Dr. Prendiville. As most patients undergoing this procedure, there is a level of uncertainty and nervousness. Dr. Prendiville's "bed side manner" quickly erased these fears. His calming voice; professional demeanor and patience in ensuring I understood the full procedure, made me relax, as I slipped into a peaceful slumber. I trust this professional and his staff, and although a colonoscopy is not a "fun day at the beach", knowing his skilled hands and eyes are taking care of me, made my experience the "best day ever"!
