I have been working with Dr. Oh for a year and a half now and I am so grateful to have found her. We have accomplished so much thanks to her help and guidance. She is extremely knowledgeable, adaptable, calming, and has given me many tools that I am now able to use for myself and my relationships. She has given me practices to help calm my panic attacks during public speaking events (I was shocked at how calm I was), and has helped me both with my anxiety and my personal relationships. Her adaptability to different situations is incredibly valuable. Through her work, we have not only accomplished all of my goals but, in doing so, she has also provided me with a different perspective and deeper understanding of myself, of situations, and of those around me. I look forward to all of our sessions and I could not recommend Dr. Oh more.
