Dr. Sinnarajah Raguraj, MD

Dr Raguraj does a very extensive exam . Takes his time explaining what he found during that exam . Then comes up with a solution to correct the problem. His staff is extremely. Professional. Highly recommend .

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Raguraj for over 30 years! We absolutely love him. He is extremely thorough with our care and explains everything regarding testing, blood work, illnesses, and medications prescribed. He is very attentive to our needs and is always there to listen. The staff, Lisa, Mandy, and Simona are very friendly and professional. They always make us feel special and take the time to accomadate whatever it is that we might need. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is seeking a primary care physician and staff who always put the patient first!

Wonderful experience! Dr. Ragu is very knowledgeable, great at explaining and has great bedside manner! His staff is wonderful and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

I started seeing Dr. Ragu after Dr. Harpanhalli retired. I've always had a good experience and office staff has always been helpful and polite. After reading some of the reviews, not sure why the office staff is getting such negative feedback. The staff always helped to get my prescriptions refilled in a timely manner. Unfortunately I had to switch to another PCP after Dr. Ragu joined MDVIP. This MDVIP is way too expensive for membership. I was sorry I had to look elsewhere. If you decide to go with Dr. Raguraj, he is a wonderful doctor.

This one star isn't a reflection of Dr Raguraj but his front desk staff who treat the patients like inconveniences. When I arrived I wasn't greeted or checked in but chastised for not wearing a mask, no staff were wearing masks either. I am fully vaccinated but put the mask on anyway. After waiting and still not checked in I approached the frosted glass doors to pay a bill while I waited but the staff were to busy having a conversation to bother. After a few minutes I lightly tapped on the glass to get a rude response of, be with you in a minute. They were more concerned that I tapped on the glass than what I needed. I was a patient/customer paying co-pays and insurance premiums to be seen at this office and given such horrid service. I am no longer a patient/customer there and would not recommend.

Dr. Raguraj took over the practice of Dr. Harapanahalli recently. Dr. H was my doctor for approximately 20 years and a wonderful person and physician. Dr. H filled all my prescriptions, I thought, on my last visit days before his retirement. I was assured that Dr. Raguraj was another good physician. I called Dr. Raguraj's office when I noticed my celebrex prescription had not been updated. I was told that I had to see Dr. Raguraj before a prescription could be filled. I was given a date over two weeks after I would be out of my medication. I explained this to the receptionist and was told that " prescriptions were my responsibility" and nothing else could be done. I explained this again before picking up my records and was given the same response. Celebrex is not a controlled substance. Without the medication, I can barely walk and can not sleep due to pain in my back and feet. The receptionist did not even ask about my condition or the medication. Good luck.

The doctor is easily accessible when you need him. He is thorough and attentive. As I age he asks the right questions and orders timely diagnostic tests that literally saved my life.

Dr Ragu is a GREAT doctor, however the office staff is HORRIBLE! The office manager has no sympathy for ANYONE and treats her staff like crap! He needs someone new to run the office.. ever since shes been there its been a disaster!

Poor service. The office staff is very, very rude. I have called there several times. One particular time that I called the office some lady laughed at me on the phone and my co-worker heard her and said I would let that doctor know that the staff is very very unprofessional. I never get a direct answer back from the doctor or office.

Dr ragu is amazing. Good bedside manner and listens however his office staff ruins the entire office vibe. The office manager speaks to staff with disrespect and the medical assistant ( I think her name is starts w an M ) spends the entire time gossiping about her coworkers. Very uncomfortable setting.
