What kind of doctor does this? Beyond bizarre. Was not impressed with his care.

My husband was referred to Dr. Laowattana from an ER doctor at Froedtert. We had to wait a month to get in to see him. He was not able to find my husbands MRI results in thecomputer records-I had to supply him a copy from my phone. With VERY LITTLE discussion he ordered an MRA to be done. We got the results fairly quickly and a nurse from his office called and all she told my husband was that he had a blocked artery and he needed to quit smoking. THAT's it! NO, explanation about what was blocked, how much is blocked, or that he should come in to discuss the results. We sent him a message to ask more questions and the response was you have 100% blockage and there is nothing that can be done. IN A MYCHART message REALLY??? Again no offer to come in to discuss options? treatment? What should we just Google it? I am sure his office appointment won't be cheap. So frustrated. Any he wanted to be a doctor why?

After only 2 questions, Dr. Laowattana diagnosed my mom with a serious neurologic condition that had been missed by 3 other neurologists. My mom got a treatment from him and was able to recover back to herself again. Thanks to Dr. Laowattana!

Dr Laowattana is well missed by me and other patients. Dr. Laowattana left Aurora without letting all patients know truest hurting feel from a doctor the been treat you over 7yrs + just to go and try and find a good doctor....Pls get an office in Milwaukee so many of us need and miss you!!!

Dr. Laowattana listened carefully to my symptoms. He diagnosed me with a neurological disorder that several other neurologists had missed. It is a condition that is treatable. This has made a big difference in my life. I am very thankful that I went to see him-wish I would have seen him sooner

Very difficult to understand due to lack of English skills. He was rude and did not listen to me when I tried explaining my symptoms. He dismissed me after an eeg was normal. He even asked me if I was depressed and that anxiety was causing my symptoms. No I am NOT depressed. What makes me upset is how doctors particularly him dismiss everyone if one test does not show the answer. How about some further investigating or actually listening to the patient. Please do not see this doctor! He will be a waste of time!
