First time I went to this doctor, no one was there. Waited and finally someone showed up to open the door but not my doctor or his staff. I waited again for over 30 minutes, closer to 45 ,and then finally was put in a room. Appointment was super long, did tests that didn't relate to my current problem. When I asked why so late, they said they tried to contact me but my phone wouldn't let them leave a message. Turns out, they had my phone number wrong. I gave them the correct number and a work number. They seemed focused on an issue I wasn't having problems with at the moment but I was optimistic about the original problem being resolved. Now back for the follow-up appointment. Showed up early, other practice there but no physician or staff for my appointment. Waited 30 minutes and still nothing. I was just about to call them at their other office when the office share person came out and said they called them and that they said they had reached everyone to let them know the… doctor wouldn't be there and that my appointment was cancelled. Their office wanted me to call them. I called and their office person kept repeating they had called me repeatedly, I said no because I never got a call and asked what number were they calling. She kept saying she got a recording stating I wasn't taking calls at that time. I said no, don't have a recording that says that and I get calls all the time. Again, what number? Finally she read me the WRONG number and I said I thought we fixed that the last time I was there. She now reiterated that they kept trying to call me but it was a wrong number. Seriously, don't keep repeating what the problem is because I know what the problems is. Asked why they didn't call me on my other number then. I had to ask this several times because she just kept repeating the same jargon. She finally said she never bothered to look at the other number. I believe my time is just as important as theirs. If I didn't have the experience I had the first time, I probably would not be so irritated this time but physician offices charge us if we are a no show. I believe they should be charged when they waste ours.

Great Doc

Went to appointment with Dr. S. Daulat @Allergy & Immunolgy Clinic on Garland Rd. the doctor was good /nice, but there's a really rude worker name Maryln that works in the office. When you call for anything she always address the start of her sentence with first of all...... This isn't a way to talk to patient being in the professional business. Everytime you ask to speak with the office manager --Marlyn says she's not in. She intercepts all the calls and Ifind it hard to believe the office manager is never in. When I address it with her --all she could say is "This is just how I talk". I don't think the doctor knows how she's talking to people or she wouldn't be there. The office try to keep setting different appointments just to keep getting money from your insurance. You have to set a separate appointment for everything.The office never follow up with you as promised.

I went in for simple allergy reaction from seasons that had been getting worse with time. Turned out to be a bad case of heartburn swelling up the air passageways. Never would have thought that, and glad to stop taking that over the counter stuff that didn't work and felt dizzy all day. Glad that is over!Wait time is a bit long toward the afternoon, but in my case well worth it.

This doctor does little to nothing to consider your time. Allergy shots are a substantial time committment. Every week I must go and check in. On average, it takes me 50 to 55 minutes to get in and out for a shot that should be 30 minutes. Why so much extra time doc? I'll tell you why, because you don't really care if I lose 30 minutes a week sitting in your lobby. Then he cancels my appointment with him while I sit in the waiting room. Then he tells me if I change on the same day of an appointment, that I will be charged for it. I will be charged for changing an appointment made because he cancelled my previous appointment after I already drove accross town to see him. It is time consumers stood up to this kind of abuse from Doctors everywhere. Pick a different doc, and never pay more than 50% of what they are asking for folks! I will say that the care was adequate. Some of the girls do better than others at shots, but the overall treatment was good.
