She has zero empathy and turned me away after only one visit. Would not even attempt to help me. Waste of time.

We were so disappointed by Dr. Aggarwal. My husband is 29 years old and has had chronic neck pain for many years following a neck injury as a child. He takes maximum strength Excedrin almost daily and uses muscle relaxers at night so he can sleep through the pain. We were so excited to see Dr. Aggarwal, as one of her specialties is neck pain. (Important side note: my husband will not take narcotics/opioids for his pain even if they are prescribed; this is not what he was seeking at all.) Unfortunately, we were sorely disappointed by Dr. Aggarwal. She blamed all of his pain on bad posture and recommended a lumbar support pillow and McKenzie Method physical therapy. The PT she recommended was out of network for us and would have been extremely expensive, so her nurse told us that the McKenzie Method book shows you how to do the exact same exercises and would be comparable to therapy. We purchased the book and lumbar pillow, and watched several videos to learn the exercises.… Unfortunately, the exercises and pillow only make his pain worse. My husband contacted Dr. Aggarwal's office to see if there is anything else we could try (hoping to maybe try out injections), but since his MRI showed no nerve damage, the nurse said that there is nothing else Dr. Aggarwal will do. For a doctor whose specialty is pain management, she only tried one treatment and refused to provide any further options for my husband's pain when this treatment did not work. We could not be more disappointed in this doctor.
