20 mins late for appointments, interrupts patients when they are trying to explain what’s wrong, doesn’t provide what is even requested and when tests are performed, you don’t get the results from the Dr. There are potentiality 2 teams that have access to your test results and they are the ones that give the patient their results. The only way for the Dr to provide the results is to schedule another office visit. I was told that mychart doesn’t allow the Dr to respond to emails (not true, Rush and Northwestern Dr’s all use it and usually with 24-48 hrs, not weeks later). To me it’s an insurance scheme. They won’t even respond via MyChart…not sure why they push us to create an account when they don’t use it. Dr’s are supposed to show compassion and help their patients but Dr Sharma and Franciscan Health seem to only be worried about money!
