My husband’s back was badly injured at work. Sonya was the worker’s Comp doctor assigned to him. He was sill in a lot of pain many months later, and she wasn’t helpful. Sonya told my husband “you need to get back to work before people start asking questions”. My husband suffered in pain for 2 years, had to get a lawyer, and finally got the spinal fusion surgery he needed. And because he had to wait so long for his surgery, his arm and neck were further damaged, needing additional surgery. I feel it was Sonya’s fault for not treating him correctly in the first place and trying to rush him back to work. My husband is in his early 30’s and has to suffer from pain every day. I feel Sonya was careless and it impacted my husband’s health.

My name is John I saw Dr. Meyer over a year ago after sustaining a injury to my back at work. She took the time not only to find out what I was doing that caused the injury, but also about my life style prior. She took the time to order the test as well as after the Full MRI went a more conservative way with PT instead of a surgical route. Between her evaluations of progress and modification of care I was able to get back to a form or normalcy with out the need for surgery. I sustained 2 herniated disk 1 with a slight rupture. An have been able to with minimal amount of pain or discomfort function. She is the only Dr. I have seen for this that has given me another option for care other than surgery....
