Professional and thorough, easy to talk to

As a new patient, i only had 1 visit, but it was NOT a pleasant one. they put me in a room waiting to see the dr. and had me waiting over an hr (after being told to change into the gown). i had to poke my head out and ask for the dr. then, they screwed up my appt and never called me or followed up with me and when i called i got major attitude from the front desk clerk by the name of Adrian. they never called to set up my appt for the specialist and i was told i would get a call back and never did. i got the run around, and they tried to have me come in to pay another co pay of $25.00 for a routine appt instead when i just had one the second week of april.. i was not pleased with my visit and will not be back. They are not reliable, consistent, or compassionate of people's time, or money.
