I have finally had enough. Can't wait in the waiting room any longer and tired of dealing with the rude staff that are supposed to be customer service. Their office leaves a lot to be desired. I am moving on from this waste of time.

My husband and I both see Dr Italia. When my husband went to the ER he brought in specialist that I believe saved his life. He is very professional and very nice. I don't know how else to put it. He cares about his patients.

Hard to find these days. Dr. Italia takes time with his patients and is very caring

Excelent Dr. made recomendation to have my hip replacement and came to vicit me every day that I was in the Hospital. Iam thankful for that.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Italia for about 6 years now, and he is one of the best doctors I have come across. He is very knowledgeable and straight forward. The ease of making an appt is fantastic and the staff is courteous. I've heard of negative remarks regarding the West Houston facility overall, but we have had the utmost attention and care.

Dr Italia's office: The facility was nice, contemporary and clean. The staff functioned appropriately and quickly. I did not wait long in the waiting room, exam room or the blood draw room. The MD did not make me wait in the exam room and he quickly diagnosed a gallbladder problem. I was scheduled for an ultrasound one week later plus a needed mammogram. Unfortunately the next day I had to visit the ER due to the extreme gallbladder pain. Dr Italia explained the urgent situation and Dr Rilley a surgeon with West Houston Surgical Associates completed the laparoscopic gallbladder procedure. West Houston Medical Center: I was treated extremely well by the doctors and nursing staff and Iwas see right away in the ER. I could not have wished for anything better. This is the second time i have been to this facility for an emergency procedure and I received the very best of care of any local Houston hospital. I want to add that the food was very good.

I've been a patient of Dr Italia for approx 8 years. That "OD" next to his name makes a big difference -- he really gives attention to prevention, not just treatment, of problems. He is the best GP I've found in some 15 years (and as many GPs) of looking.

We should have more doctors like Dr. Italia! He is so wonderful to his patient's. Very compassionate. My whole family goes to him!!!
