Dr. Sowmya Krishnan, MD

Dr. Sowmya Krishnan is a pediatric endocrinologist who specializes in treating hormone and metabolism disorders in children and adolescents. She earned her medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College in Delhi and completed her residency at Michigan State University in 2004. Dr. Krishnan further specialized through a fellowship at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center, completing her training in 2008. With three decades of medical experience, she brings extensive expertise to her practice. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Krishnan is affiliated with Children's Medical Center Plano and practices at specialty centers in Dallas and Plano, Texas. She treats children with various adrenal disorders, including Addison's disease and adrenal carcinomas.
