The phone system is out of date, there is only one phone number, with no options to ask for a simple thing like a prescription. The lines are always busy and when you do get through you are put on hold for long periods. The receptionist knows nothing about medical terms, and the secretary is equally ignorant. The nurse can either be nice or really snotty depending on her mood and if the doctor is in hearing distance. Most doctors have modern phone systems in which you press a number depending on which option you need. For prescriptions, the message is recorded and they just call it in after checking your charts. Dr. Annabel is a very good doctor, but needs to move into the modern world. People are working and don't have time for this nonsense.
