I have had the worst experience with this group. Dr Lowe and his staff have rescheduled my surgery 3 different times. They must not realize we as patients have jobs and have to request time off as well as my spouse to so she can take me. They have ran behind by more than a hour a couple times for my in office appointments. This group is extremely unorganized and poorly ran. I am scheduling my Surgey with a doc in the Bay Area after the last cancellation.

staff is not overly friendly or helpful. The doctor does not spend enough time with his patients, he is not helpful or talkative. He has poor rapport with children. Rushes his visits and does not give adequate treatment of follow up advise. Some patients have serious problems or potential serious issues , he does not show any concern. It makes you worry about the care.

Even the doctor is old enough to have the experience needed in this field, he is unfortunately a careless person who treat his patients worse than animals (If my dog is aching I spend some time with him/her to comfort). After a wait of more than an hour he spent with me less than 9 minutes with no review of my chart (he repeated the same questions which I have already answered in the chart). He did not give me a chance to explain my case. He just checked my ears and referred me to a hearing test for "further evaluation". He was the worst old doctor I have experienced. God help those who are his patients.TERRIBLE
