Front desk staff is beyond rude , specifically Daniella and the office manager Jenny whom I shared the interaction with was of no help and dismissive of the lack of compassion and professionalism. Glad I found another nephrologist.

He runs out of the room doesn’t explain anything. Horrible doctor I will not see him again

Dr. Arbes is a wonderful doctor. He spent a lot of time with me explaining my test results and going over proposed next steps. He looked back into my medical history 10 years online and saved me from repeating a test I had back in 2007 which explained some of my issues. Highly recommend!

waiting three weeks to discuss lab results, made 5 phone calls averaging 15 minutes each with no resolve. I am also in the medical field and well recognize a footprint of professionalism. No way this guy has a high rating

Dr. Arbus was absolutely wonderful! He took his time with me, was so kind, asked and answered a lot of questions. The staff was also warm and friendly, although professional. Best MD visit I have ever had!

Dr. Arbes never gives a diagnosis or explains what to expect from an illness. Very bad a giving out test results. Changed doctors because of this.
